Kova started in 2019 in a Portland garage with one backpack and a simple idea: make everyday things well enough that you only need to buy them once.
What we believe
Built to last, not to replace.
Most of what we buy is designed to be replaced. We think that’s backwards. Every Kova product is tested for years of daily use, covered by a two-year warranty and repairable when something does go wrong.
We work with eleven manufacturing partners in Portugal, Japan, Vietnam and the US, and we visit every one of them. We publish who makes what, and we pay for the carbon of every delivery.
