How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $6 and express (1–2 days) is $14.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a weekday ship the same day. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 30 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

What is your return policy?

Return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund. Returns are free in the US: start one from your account and print the prepaid label.

How long do refunds take?

We refund within two business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Choose “exchange” when you start your return and we’ll ship the new item as soon as the original is on its way back.

What does the warranty cover?

Every product has a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Bags also get free repairs for life.

How do I choose my size?

Each apparel product page has a size chart and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, our tees run boxy, so most people size down.
